By accessing or using the Dolphin Connect platform, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Dolphin Connect is a social platform aimed at helping seniors’ combat isolation and stay connected with their loved ones and the community. Users can sign in, participate in content creation and sharing, and engage with others. Please note that we do not sell products or services. Your use of the Site and participation in content creation is voluntary and done under your own responsibility.

You are responsible for the content you post or share on Dolphin Connect. By posting or sharing content on the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the rights to such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for any consequences that arise from sharing your personal information or content publicly.

You agree not to:

Use the platform to send unsolicited promotions or spam.

Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Dolphin Connect platform or the servers and networks that support it.

In order to access certain features of the Site, you must register and create an account. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the provincial or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
